Do you furnish a calling list or do you need us to provide one?
We can use your calling list if you would like us to, however most of our clients have us formulate a custom list for them made specifically using our accurate and up to date database of businesses. You can also choose which type of industries as well as the geographic area that you would like us to focus on. We do not charge any additional fees for the use of our database.
What do you mean by double qualified appointments?
A double qualified appointment is the gold standard in our industry. What that means is when one of our cold call reps receives a commitment from a business owner that would like to meet with you, they will pass the call onto a team leader who will then verify the information with the client, further strengthening the appointment and your credibility. Furthermore, we re-qualify the prospect, making sure that the time and of day is suitable for the client as well as reiterate exactly what you will provide for them at your appointment. We will also ask a few additional questions of the client, based on your specific needs, once again further strengthening the meeting. At this point, the appointment details are forwarded over to you.
What if an appointment that is set for me is cancelled?
If for some reason a meeting is cancelled or results in a no show, just simply let us know about it within 5 business days of the date of the appointment and we will try to contact the prospect to reschedule. If that is unsuccessful, we will then replace that missed appointment within 10 business days.
